Building Effective Feedback Skills

No one likes getting criticized but being able to handle feedback is one thing that can separate a good student from a great leader.

Join your peers for this student-led session where they’ll share their own stories on turning criticism into confidence. By joining, you’ll be able to takeaway the following:

  1. How to get feedback by being an active listener so you can quickly get clear, helpful feedback from teachers and peers, and
  2. How to give feedback for motivating and building up your friends and team.

Whether meeting a teacher after class, working on a group project, serving as an officer with your schools NHS, NJHS, and/or Student Council, being able to handle feedback will level up your leadership game.

Speakers:

  • Molly Kaldahl, NASC President, NE
